Two weeks to go – submit early!

There are two weeks left to submit your voice-activated diabetes care solution to the HITLAB World Cup.

Submissions are due October 11, 2017 before 11:45pm ET. Find out what time that is in your city.

If you haven't started a submission yet, please do so now. (We’ll walk you through our submission form process if you need help.)  And if you've just recently joined the challenge, explore the quick-start guide.

Submission checklist

Before you say "ship it!", make sure you run through this list:

  • Are you submitting a voice activated technology solution that improves the care and management of diabetes? Is it different from current services and technology currently available in the healthcare or consumer markets?
  • Have you provided a working prototype or a proof-of-concept that demonstrates the effectiveness of your solution? (Submissions with a prototype or proof-of-concept are preferred and are likely to receive a higher score.)
  • Have you created a submission video? Does your video clearly demonstrate how your app works? Is it no more than five minutes long? (A video is recommended but not required.)
  • Have you written a pitch summary that shows the sustainability, impact, innovation, and feasibility of your solution? Is it no more than three pages long? (A pitch summary is recommended but not required.)

Be sure to read through the official rules more than once. Or better yet, have a friend or colleague provide a second pair of eyes to make sure you didn’t miss anything.

Good luck!
